Shipping, Returns & Refunds
What is CYCROWN’s shipping, return, and refund policy?

CYCROWN offers free shipping on all electric bikes within Canada. Orders usually ship within 1–2 business days, and tracking information is provided once your e-bike leaves our warehouse.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact vip@cycrown.com before it ships. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, but you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a refund, your e-bike must be in its original packaging, unused, and include all accessories. A C$150 restocking fee applies for new bikes, or 20% of the order value for used bikes (within 10 miles). Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days after inspection. Please do not ship any item back without prior authorization.
How much is shipping for CYCROWN e-bikes?

CYCROWN offers free shipping on all electric bikes across Canada. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Each e-bike is securely packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
How do I request a return or refund?

Simply contact our support team at vip@cycrown.com within 30 days. Include your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable). We’ll guide you through the return authorization and refund process.

How does an electric bike work?

An electric bike (e-bike) combines pedal power with an electric motor. When you pedal, sensors activate the motor to assist your ride, giving you a smoother, easier cycling experience—especially uphill or over long distances.
Do you have to pedal an electric bike?

Most e-bikes offer multiple assist levels. You can pedal with motor support or use throttle mode for a power-only ride. Pedal-assist saves battery life and gives a more natural cycling feel.
How fast can an electric bike go?

CYCROWN electric bikes can reach speeds of up to 32 mph (52 km/h), depending on the model and local regulations.

What's the difference between a Step-Thru and a Step-Over frame?

A Step-Thru e-bike frame has a lower top tube, making it easier to mount and dismount—great for commuters and riders wearing casual clothes.
A Step-Over frame, like on the Roma Ebike, provides more rigidity and control, often preferred for off-road or sportier rides.
What is a Torque Sensor and why does it matter?

A torque sensor measures how hard you pedal and adjusts motor assistance accordingly. This makes your e-bike feel more responsive and natural compared to cadence sensors that just detect motion.

How do you charge an electric bike?

Simply plug the charger into a standard wall outlet and connect it to your e-bike battery. A full charge typically takes 4–6 hours, depending on the battery’s capacity.
How long do electric bike batteries last?

CYCROWN’s high-capacity lithium batteries last 3–5 years or 800+ charge cycles. With proper care—avoiding extreme temperatures and full discharges—your e-bike battery can maintain strong performance for years.
Can electric bikes get wet?

Yes, CYCROWN electric bikes are water-resistant and safe to ride in light rain. However, avoid submerging components or spraying water directly onto the motor or battery.
