I'm very happy with my purchase of my cycrown verve, its very powerful and gets a lot of looks, but I do believe that it was damaged in shipping. The box was badly damaged right where the front disc brake is, I think the disc is slightly bent because it pulsates when I use the front brake. Besides that it's a blast to ride!!

It was daunting at first being alone in putting this together. Thankfully, it came preinstalled. And impressively well packed. I literally sweated and sometimes with frustration as to where the front bolts were. But, they were on the plastic round things that I had to dig out off those plastic disks. I was AMAZED at the end. I still can't figure out how to put the front fender on. I tried several different ways and I can't get it on. I was surprised to see that it came with a kick stand. I never bought a bike that had a kickstand preinstalled, so that was a super plus. The battery came pre-charged and it didn't take long to finish up to a full charge, less than an hour. I am a heavy person weighing in at 330 lbs and this handled me well. I haven't drove a bike in years, so I went to a secluded paved place to practice. It was exhilarating to feel the fun again. I wanted the electrics to help me up hills. I thought level 1 would be what I needed, but taken in consideration of my weight, I had to increase to a level 3 just to get up the hill with petal assist. I am very pleased with my purchase and the price was dynamite. The fat wheels are perfect for my size.
Hi mh name is SeanStroud. I live in Arthur Ontario Canada. I am 58 years young soon to be 59 August20. This is a beautifull bike. Im on disabilety insurance after an explosion i was in. In which i saved my mothers life when her home exploded from a propane leak. She has since past. Im wondering how i could afford such a bike. Is it possible to make payments and recieve the bike once payment have been paid in full. I lost my truck in the explosion and do not have any transportation. I suffered injuries to my feet in the accident and cant walk very far. Otherwise im in fantastic shape. Got the bike today (Monday) after waiting all day Friday for Fedex saying it would be delivered between 9:00 and 1:00 pm. Assembled the bike according to the instructions provided in the box. Was left with the front fender and a reflector light that are nowhere to be seen in the assembly instructions. Found where to install the reflector light on a Youtube video. Had to disassemble the front light to install the fender. On the Cycrown assembly video on their website, the bike has no fenders so they are not in the video. Found the fender assembly on another video from a guy who reviewed the bike. I also saw on the video how to adjust the tilt of the display screen which was not in the assembly instructions. Then the screen would not light up, I checked all the wiring to find that the 2 wires with green connectors were not connected but 1 of them was hard to find as it was twisted with other wires. Again not in the instruction manual and not in the video. And finally, the kickstand was way too short, the bike would fall over. Not in the assembly instructions and not in the Cycrown video, I found on Google, there is a pinch bolt that you can't see on the back of the kickstand that you can loosen and extend the kickstand height. Why this is not mentioned anywhere is beyond me. Bike looks great, can't wait to try it but so disappointed in the instructions.
Bike is good but I didn’t get the free rear rack and the mudguards.
J'ai acheté ce vélo le cycverve et j'en suis tres satisfait. Il est tres robuste et ce conduit tres bien. La batterie a une tres grande autonomie et les freins hydrauliques fonctionnent a merveille. C'est un tres bon vélo et je le recommande fortement. De plus le service a la clientele est tres bien. Un vélo peu dispendieux mais super performant.

Great product but arrived with a cracked gauge and couldn’t read battery level, speed, or gear, took close to 3 weeks to get a new one but they did cover it. First full charge took me 26 miles with next to no pedaling, which is ok with me. I may try switching the throttle from the left side to the right side, looks doable
This bike exceeded my expectations. After using it daily for 3 weeks, I've logged 300+ miles and it rides smooth on both city streets and light gravel. The torque + cadence sensor combo is a great feature that makes the ride feel very natural. The aluminum frame feels sturdy, and the range is fantasticI average 50 miles per charge with moderate pedal assist.
Crashed my bike and they were able to quickly send me replacement parts - and showed great concern over my safety due to the crash. A great company to do business with.
CycUltra received on time packaged great.easy assembly. Love the bike. As advertised. Great value for the product received. No major complaints. Minor issue is the placement of the selector pad and horn. Swapped the two for better access to the selector pad. Also the bike has no cruise control but not a big deal. Very comfortable to ride. Batteries have long ride time. Not too heavy. Would be nice to have the throttle like the cychunter but overall great bike for the price. 250km in riding...
The bike is everything they say it is. Easily reached the 45Km speed under throttle only and pedal assist modes. Handles hills easily. Had a minor issue and support quickly responded to help rectify the problem. Compared to friends that have bikes double the price it is comparable. The bike is big compared to others but handles easily even for a person like me in my late 60’s
I recommend this magnificent electric bike to you, I actually covered 100 km with the two batteries without any problems. Thank you cycrown
